Derrick Caglianone

A strong work ethic, entrepreneurial nature and commitment to customer service are the foundation of Derrick Caglianone’s success within the construction industry. ┬áHe began his career at a young age installing carpet. In the 28 years since then, Derrick has gone on to learn every facet of the construction business from the ground up, first serving as a laborer and later becoming a subcontractor. Along the way, he gained a reputation for straightforwardness, meticulous craftsmanship and skillful negotiation.

In 1997, at the urging of business associates, he put this hands-on practical education to work on a larger scale, founding Jimerico Construction with his partner, James O’Brien.

Derrick and his wife live in Plantation. He founded The Pamela Caglianone Foundation in her honor after she was diagnosed with and successfully treated for lymphoma in 2005. This non-profit organization is dedicated to supporting children and families affected by cancer.
